Today's coffee ride will start at 8:30 a.m. from Illy Caffe in Merchant Square (435 W. Duke of Gloucester St. in downtown Williamsburg). After the ride, join the group for food and drink at Illy.
Parking: On Saturday morning, downtown Williamsburg will be hosting its regular Saturday farmers market and CW tourists in addition to Occasion for the Arts. So downtown will be busy, especially later in the morning. There are several pay parking lots close to Ille Caffe, e.g., across Francis Street south of Merchant Square. The closest, free-all-day spaces are east and south of the Art Museum. On-the-street, free parking is available south of the Art Museum on W. Court St. and Newport Ave., with a few spots on Nassau St. closest to Newport Ave. Free parking is also available in a parking lot opposite the main entrance to the Art Museum (across Nassau St.). To access that lot, you may have to enter from Newport Ave. While these parking spots tend to fill up rather quickly, some should be available around 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday.
Please pre-register for the ride. Cancelations due to inclement weather, if any, will be posted no later than 6:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
